There have been more and more students booking appointments for the same day (none of which state that they have a blue card,) they are not back to back but an hour or so apart from eachother. Most of the time they are working on the same assignment during both appointments also.
I've asked a couple people if they are allowed to do this, and I've gotten various responses. So I just wanted to know once and for all, if they can book two appointments in the same day?
I personally do not think that students should be able to do this, because it takes away from another student's chance for help.
Can I please get a final answer on this.

I'd just give them a talk about it. Explain nicely (that's *really* precise, I know) that it's just policy so we don't have to change anything when the schedule starts heating up.
Students may not have 2 appointments a day, but they can have 2 appointments a week. However, if a student has a blue card, the student may have an hour appointment rather than only 30 minutes. The student is responsible for showing the blue card.
